Landscape by Israeli-American artist Shay Kun, who is mostly known for abstract and photographic realism, as well as for hyper-surrealism. This oil painting created in the style of Post-Impressionism reminds of masterpieces by Van Gogh. The artist here delicately selects the colours, creating atmosphere of lightness and brightness. In his hyper-surrealistic works Shay Kun totallly deconstruct initial images, he works with contrasts, perceptions and prejudices. Shay Kun grew up in a family of artisits, he began painting in early childhood.
