“Hasidic fiddler” by Ora Nissim
“Hasidic fiddler” by Israeli contemporary artist Ora Nissim. Using a combination of colorful stains and paints, Nissim creates the luminous figure of the musician, almost flying in his dreams and passion. His eyes are closed, he has put himself in the melody. The music is the language he uses to speak about the love, faith and meanings. As the artist has described her art: she paints "Judaism today and in the future", not "Judaism of the past".
