Zvi Malnovitzer is an expressionist Israeli artist. "Butcher" is shown in the middle of his work, he is focused. Red fiery colors make the painting tense. Inspired by the portraits of Rembrandt and the Romanticism of Goya, the style of Zvi Malnovitzer is a unique combination of European Expressionism with traditional and religious themes. Born to a ultra-Orthodox religious family in Bnei Brak, he decided to dedicate his art to Haredi Judaism, Holocaust and Exile and scenes from daily life of religious people.
