“Western Wall” by Israeli-Ukrainian painter Kim Tkatch. In the realistic painitng an accent is on the white color, birds here are like guards of notes. It creates the atmosphere of miracle and peace.
The artist studied fine art at the Kiev Art Institute. In the early 1990s, Tkach moved to Israel, where his artistic style underwent a change, from mystical to more realistic, with a slight touch of magic.
The artist paints scenes of the Mediterranean, including sculptures and architecture of the region, in his figurative works and landscapes with rich, saturated colors. He showes the beauty of flowers and women relaxing on the terraces, completely immersed in their thoughts. Kim's works are exhibited in the USA, Canada, Russia, Australia and many European countries.
