“Jerusalemin gold” by Contemporary Israeli painter Ora Nissim. The colourful painting shows on the forefront people, the unique technique of the artist creates the feeling, that these people are moving, going in, out and around the buildings. Comparing this painting with "Golden Jerusalem" (also the part of Kings Gallery collection), this piece is much less detailed, more blurred. The city is shown luminous, probably even flaming, striving upward. Ora Nisim shows living Jerusalem in the motion, the language of crossing cultures and mysteries. Using a combination of stains and paints, she creates captivating compositions.
