Vitebsk, Byelorussia, 1969 –
Yakov Feldman was born in Vitebsk, Byelorussia in 1969, where he lived and studied art before emigrating to Israel in 1990. His paintings capture a play of light and mystical reality of objects and settings, and convey a depth that makes you want to reach out and grab what’s on the canvas or dive into the painting.
